the location is great, but my experience was anything but. the shower flooded, and don't even get me started on the overpriced dinner choices. i expected a complimentary gesture for all the trouble but was utterly disappointed—guess some guests just don’t warrant special treatment. i almost left a nice review but just couldn’t.

pullman is perfectly located just across from the airport, making it super convenient for travelers. the superior king room was luxurious and very clean. we dined at te kaahu, where jazmin gave us outstanding service, and the food was simply delicious.
